LUA Errors editing Blizz UI

[Zakkii-argent-dawn]

I can’t make new layouts, I can’t delete the ones I’ve made, can’t make changes to the current ones that I have… it’s really irritating because for some stupid odd reason my Encounter Bar/Dragonriding bar drifting a bit off to the left.

I’ve cleared my cache, I backed up my interface/wtf folder and disabled all addons yet it’s still giving me errors.
