"Lurking Below" and worldsoul memory?

3 weeks i cant finish quest on hallowfall farm name “Lurking Below” 3 weeks is grey all time say 1/1 and 8/8 and i cant finish this???
sekond problem last week i done 3x worldsoul memory on 5x deff and won loot for 1x deff??? how and why?
