Lvl boost "internal error"

Hi,

Just purchased the “exclusive” all-in-one pack for Shadowlands via the in-game shop.

My old characters are open and I can log in so atleast account is back to active.

My lvl 110 and lvl 120 character boosts however does not work. I see them in the upper right corner and I have tried on multiple characters and creating new lvl 110 “try out” characters but everytime i click confirm i get the message “internal error”.

On a second note the in-game shop is now also stuck at loading.

Any clue whats going on?

Since you just purchased the expansion pack, it can take up to 24 hours while your payment is being processed before you can use the boost tokens.
