Not even sure i can ask this here but i’m looking to join a community for discord to find people to M+ with for season 3. Ive got my 3k now and am not overly fussed about M+ing any more. I carried on to help my wife get the 3k but the amount of abuse she got for not being top end was utterly horrendous. So much hate so many nasty people its’s sad, even being insulted and accused of using the one buttton when she wasnt just because her dps wasn’t fantastic. It’s so sad she nearly quit the game. So i am Needing a little help to find these sorts of people that are actualy grown ups and not little online bullies any help would be appreciated or recommendations to discord groups.

No pressure is great for that, otherwise you can just add me ingame. I know these issues and dislike them too. Make friends, do mythics is what works best for me.

Doubt that communities will help you much in season 3 when people there will have now option to surerender the run so they dont have to Play with people liek your wife.
I have ton of popcorn ready for S3 start

There are unfortunately a lot of people who think they’re pro gamers and believe they’re “competitive”, when in fact they’re as casual as many of us at this moment in time.
The best way to deal with the internet warrior bullies is to just /ignore them and report them for their abusive language/behaviour. Once they get enough reports from people, they’ll get silenced ingame for 3 hours or 24 hours (not sure the timeframe these days).
The beginning of Season 3 will be probably a lot worse for the way people act and the vote system to end M+ runs now. So you’ll see a lot of people holding a run hostage and not wanting to progress unless they vote to end the run, as they’ll not want to have the “leaver” debuff on them for their next run.
Also shout out to No Pressure EU, got some of my last remaining runs for 3k with them and was so nice and chill.
Oh this is just no fun. This is the reason why I dont otherwise pug at all, I just run with my guildies but sometimes schedules dont match and have to pug to catch up. Normal pugging is just sometimes so cancerous. One wipe and some people just flip even though its not always the end of the run, could easily still time but they spend their time shouting rubbish.

I somehow doubt that the change will affect the communities much. The all runs I did on them and on multiple alts. All runs are chill and smooth and if it happens that the group gets hardstuck for whatever reason. People just decide if they wanna call it and if they do then they wish everyone a good day and disband on peaceful terms.
As for the pug scene. I care little for what happens to them. If there will be indeed such drama as you proclaim…then make sure you got enough 
to go around…

but disband button will show if those communities were really such one mindset or if ton of people in those communities were hold hostage under a threat of keing kicked from community if they refused to carry bad players.
now you wont be able to pretend anymore - and vote to surrenders will be quite common after first pull / first boss
And it will only get worse when blizzard makes the m+ penalty system. People will become even more toxic

Well… The question is (and I am assuming she was performing in the DD role), if there was 2 others, exactly like her in those runs, would the runs be timed just the same?
If not, did you inform the other two DD that they will have carry your wife, as she is underperforming?
If the answer is no again, then the toxicity (not harassment!) is justified, actually.
I personally will take a friendly, perhaps bad performing, community member who can be reasoned with over some 3.5k rio hardcore 99% parser who will ragequit the moment you sneeze, anyday.
We dont really know the whole story. if she was underperforming to a level bellow tank dps then yeah…it could be a problem. But you also dont need to be a 99% dps parser to clear a +7 either…

Sounds horrible. Why do you continue playing it though? Is it really worth it? For what do you need that rating and especially if she is not ready for it and getting flamed?
Yolo so choose wisely what to do.
I personally decided to stop, same with my husband and it’s way nicer this way. M+ system doesn’t really work and apart from it there is nothing to do in the game. So why even play it? Wow doesn’t even have a proper support and the abusers can get you in trouble with the reports. (Never happened to me, but happens to many innocent people).
It’s like you are trying really hard to try to enjoy this game. Why? Check other MMOs and maybe fellowship will be a good game.

Seems that way. Sounds like your wife and yourself are griefing PUGs and then you come online and shame them when they speak up.

And don’t say delves. They are horrible and unfun and low effort
If you have a problem where you end up blaming your self, you just sabotaging yourself if you enjoy playing both tank healer and also dps try play each role for a season, you learn who is really the problem, chances are its not you its them just ignore them and move on, these people will eventually get filtered out anyway.
You should not need a community to just play mythic+ honestly but if it helps you go ahead.

Playing with absolute randoms(aka pugs) is always been a gamble and a poorer experience. And its not isolated to WoW only. Any MMO game where you can group up with absolute randoms.
People vary in their mindsets greatly. You can get people who share similiar views up to complete polar opposites(you want to go slow, he wants to go fast. You want a chill run, he wants an omg go go go 2 chest it run!).
Communities at least in a broader sense tend to filter down a bit the sample size with people who have a close to similiar mindset(aka. Most communities encourage chill and learning runs. So if you are looking for a 0.1% team there then it might not be the best place for it).
