The 15s challenger’s peril penalty needs to be binned IMO, it is far too punishing. It means you are going to need to call full party wipes more often, which can take 30 seconds to take place, then you lose 75 seconds off the clock for the deaths, and then its 60-90 seconds to run back.
If your healer needs 1 mil+ hps on a +2 you might want to consider look up the term “defensives”.
People should just not let volley casts go off. The problem is the healer can fix that in a +2.
Stop the right cast and prioritize the right mob to kill first. There are unstoppable aoe casts which has a stacking debuff. When you have 2 of those mobs you kill 1 fast.

There’s really nothing different in wiping in AV by not kicking, or now wiping on not kicking volleys.
The biggest mistake was to put fortify + tyrannic in the same time for 10+ key
Yesterday I timed a +9 mist.
Only 5 deaths, 0 wipe on bosses
We time the key with 2 min left
How are we supposed to manage the two affixes?
A Guildmate of mine told me

Remember, people, a 10 key was a 20 before level squish
Level 20 keys wasnt hard. (My xp is 3200 rio)
Now we have 2 affixes, everything is punishing, a 6 key is punishing as a level 25 key (before squish lvl)
I m ok to see my key rigged for a 14-15+ key
Not for lower keys, even 10.

About keys being more punishing, just as majority of community says… Alongside with tank and healer’s nerfs
I am not disagreeing the dungeons are harder. But we have to see the context of the current OP. It is about having to heal +1M hps in a +2. That is simply about doing everything completely wrong and let the healer deal with it. Luckily in a +4 it would just be a wipe.
Healers need to learn to heal.

More like DPS needs to learn to use defensives and understand the goals of each encounter.

I just did it on +6 and the healer did 1 million hps.
First we get 2 aboms. They eventually kill one. Then we get another one so we have 2 aboms up again. I thought we were gonna wipe when another one came but we managed to kill the boss.
My record on surgeon was 1.5mil HPS on a +7 when we had 3 aboms for a short time, 2 most of the time.
I bet most DPS don’t even know it’s doing increased AOE the longer it lives, and they just focus on keeping it alive for the hook.
