I had 1 WM run with 37 deaths. We still timed it (barely) Nobody left.
Imagine how bad runs have to be for people to leave

I did 50+ keys last week and didn’t have a single leaver.
The only leaver in the last 2 weeks, was a resto druid in a 19 AD Tyran,
After 5 or 6 pulls of Yazma when it became clear that the grp just doesn’t have the damage, and the healer was very chill and normal about it. No hard feelings were had at all.
they should treat M+ like arena if you click on leave group they lose score as simple as that or remove key depletion end of story
first week of the season everyone wont leave because they need gear mate
Correct, which is why.
Feels ridiculous to say.
A tip would be to send feedback to this raider IO that everyone uses and tell the developers to implement statistics about how many unfinnished keys ppl have when you hover over them. Like a percentage or so. 50% quits, 1% quits etc. Who’s more likely to stay, regardless of their IO score.
Raiderio gets information from blizzard API, which only includes finished runs.
The score is a calculation of highest runned key per dungeon in Tyrannical and Fortified. You can not take away someones run. It is done.
Nah. Im sorry. Unlike Arena where you have a guaranteed short game, I wont be held hostage for 2h in a group full of bad people wiping 100 times to the same thing because “they wanna complete that 20” that they were unprepared for in the first place.
This happens way more often than leavers. And while I am prepared to be kind and stick arround and finish it anywais, my patience has limits. I dont play to carry but-naked alts in 20s for the vault.
So… the answer is NO.
So sure… you could implement something like that. But in exchange I want something along the lines of: Max 50 deaths. After 50 the whole group is kicked out of the dungeon. Depleate.
Aha ok, that was a bummer
That information isn’t available, but for people who are able to use their brains, there is a way to do it. Just look for runs completed over time. If there are none, or very few, that person is probably a leaver.
Ok, wasn’t aware actually. But it sounds like a tedious work. It’s probably a better idea to try to get a premade grp going over time. With some likewise dedicated players and a social chemistry level that matches rather than handpicking people for pugs in such a way as you mention.
It takes time, but by the time you’ve pushed your keys to the mid-20s, you don’t want to throw them away just because someone has a tantrum.
