Like I said. You give them way too much credit than what they deserve. And some easter egg in 1 quest from the Expedition is no prof of anything.
If they REALLY kept track of it, then you would have not seen the ‘questionable’ design choices they made. RNG, Covenants, Aug Evoker… and many, many, many other annoying systems nobody wanted but got anyways.

In the case of PvP it is modifier bloat, MMR, healer shortage. Thats what it used to be in SL. People thought it was LFR tool. But it was not.
And as I predicted before, if before they waited 50 min in the LFR tool to get some BS game, not they STILL wait 50 min, and STILL get a BS game. And guess what? Back to the forums. To complain about the exact same crap they complained before.
And by the way, you DONT need to be an Astronaut to see it.
