also having Prot paladins and many speccs impossible to play in their near end content is taking a piss at some people so some classes can’t be played in that content.
S4 dragonflight had more keys played that ever so thats a lie and thats with the new system
No it didnt far from it, yet again i ask you. Who are you to tell others what they can and can not have and what to play?
Season 4 had numbers drop right off as everyone was bored after getting KSM/KSH so please when trying to act smart and use fake smilies at least know what you are talking about.
You need to do +9/10 in order to get gear above what delves gives, for most player perspective who don’t like dealing with overtuned dungeons and toxic players “whats the point”
Well the biggest problem is just that for getting crest u need to do +9 now instead of +6 from DF
the point is to get better, fix your keybinds, learn to dispel (even as dps), etc… but nobody wants to improve they just want the maximum rewards.
Most people couldn’t do 9s on week 1 which means theyre on average 10-13 ilvs behind, blame blizzard when the only people signing for your 9/10s are lower ilv and the people in max are pushing 17s. Should have stayed at 6s so people had a chance to get some gear and push a bit higher.
the problem here is that people expect maximum rewards for no effort or skill. I agree m+ is in the worst spot ever right now but I do think the current progression is good. in the past I could do max vault on all my chars now only 2 in week 1.
again the issue is just that they should move gilded harbringer crest to +6 like Dragonflight had for their Aspect’s awakened crest or wtf it was called
Everything just goes wrong! Unfortunately!
Devs missunderstood everything and it made much worse now!
You have no clue what you’re talking about. The highest cleared keys ( barely any) are 13’s right now.
The introduction of a new game pillar ( delves) have caused another ‘split’ in the playerbase, which is noticable more than ever by just reading all these forum posts about ‘gatekeeping’ and ‘difficulty’.
On one side you have the mythic raiders who are on week 2, potentially have several myth pieces and 2 crafted 636’s , who easily dabble in +9 -11 keys and have two sources of gilded crests.
You have your M+ mains who are either premade or have been pugging since week 1 and reasonably have 2k-2.6k rio to prove they’ve put in the grind. Probably 615-620 geared. They’re getting weekly myth track gear, and enough gilded to craft their 636s. They’ll progress gear at a slower pace than raiders who do both ( mainly due to being crest capped and hero track ending at 626 and only getting 1 myth piece a week).
And then there’s the majority of you forum dwelling delve main andies, whom were in absolute bliss when your solo content gave you a way to deck out fully to 619 ilvl gear. But at a much slower pace. You’re vault capped to a certain ilvl, crest capped on runed crests, and once you’re in full hero, you’ll need to bring all those up slowly to 4/6. You didn’t take the time to research, push your key or even ‘dabble’ in the so called tedious content which is raiding and higher m+. Why would you, right? Delves are free gear of the same quality right? You’ll slowly get to 619 right?
Only now you realize that the gearing hamsterwheel is effectively over if you cannot access gilded crests. You didn’t push your keys, didn’t learn the dungeons from week 1 out, didn’t put in the slow progression to raise your rating. You’re the victim of blizzards bad design. Low keys are dead content for you, but no one in their right mind will take you to brick their hard earned 9-10 keys. You effectively hamstringed your ilvl progression by exluding an entire weekly capped currency which will only become accessible to you once you get to 619, maybe, or just never.
The lack of self reflection on this forum is astounding to read. Go play the game instead of raking up 2000+ forum posts, arguing with other victims on how bad it all is. You’ve made your bed, now lay in it.
I don’t mind the difficulty. I do mind that 4 of the dungeons in the pool are from previous expansions. And as far as I can tell, this seems to be something a lot of people are thinking.
None of my guildies are the least bit interested in doing Grim Batol or Siege of Boralus. And the 2 SL dungeons… I tried SL. I leveled up, didn’t like the expansion at all, and unsubbed until DF came out.
Why can’t they just stick to dungeons from the current expansion? Those old ones were all used up years ago.
So you are confirming that m+ in this expansion is baiscly solely for super sweaty tryhards and for mythic raiders :):
And you wonder why masses complain and refuse to participate in broken system
Everyone told Blizzard it will end up like this. Because it was inevitable after idiotic changes they made
Dont worry . Next season Blizzard will nerf dvelve gear instead making m+ easier and they will create even bigger sh…storm
Told you 2 months ago forums will be hillarius to read and they are
In order to meaningfully get better loot than delves you need to clear a M+ 7 for drops and a 10 for vault, this difficulty is too high for the average player and the incentive isn’t there until they gear enough from delves that doing a M10 for vault is within reach.
Previously you didn’t have delves giving you such easy loot, and it is easy, a T8 delve can be done by a freshly dinged char after really minimal preparation gearing, a Mythic 0 dungeon is harder than a T8 delve.
I genuinely hate what they did to mob casts after aoe stops. As a healer it’s pretty much disgusting to play now. As an example - necrotic wake, where small mages continue to cast their aoe frost bolt even after 30 stops, just heal it looool. Also there’s a mob that casts unkickable heal to full health (bargain or how is it called), and he also recasts it after a stop xDdDDD so you use 5 stops or he’ll heal himself to full health. I don’t understand why did they do it, it’s so stupid, unnecessary and makes me want to stop doing m+ at all.
Where does this come from? I heard that too but I can not understand it. From my healer pov I saw prot warriors being unkillable. Dk just being Dk. Prot palas decently tanky but there seems to be a skill gap. Monks extremely durable and the most fun to heal so far. Druid tanks felt weird but that’s because people just see S tier tank on a tierlist and have no idea what they are doing.
I literally was worried if I can tank +7 keys in my healer gear… now turns out I am basically unkillable too and can tank without any issues at all until +9 at least, probably even higher.
the spike in difficulty made it less appealing to pug for me, even just getting KSM was a journey of bricked keys because people just don’t care that there’s slightly more to the dungeon than just doing their dps rotation now, such things as using their defensive CDs when aoe damage is high.
you’re also heavily gated by crests now so it’ll probably pick up a bit when the only feasible way of gearing up isn’t just going to the next upgrade track.
As a healer - no.
They need a ton of buffs. I won’t heal a prot paladin any longer. They’re like a DK but don’t have the self-healing of a DK, you’re stuck permaspamming them or they fall over.
Well as Rdruid I have absolutely no issues healing prot palas. Maybe it’s different for other healers.
