Why is it so hard to make the Mac battle.net launcher work.
It keeps logging out (I have followed steps to rectify this and they have not worked), but more so why does the log Bio log in simply not work because it routes you to a website, where you log in, and then does not complete the path - therefore the App on the machine is still logged out…
The quality of the technology / games stability as release or update is noticeably becoming a big old F-You to players.
Yes, I’ve noticed this behaviour since yesterday with the Mac battle.net app. I’ve added a passkey, but the app is handling it weirdly (it’s still X86 code, and badly needs updating).
Edit: I’ll add why this behaviour is problematic.
i) I have to enter my email address BEFORE I use the passkey. Why?
ii) The app doesn’t remember my email address.
iii) Passkey entry is on a separate Blizzard website.
iv) I’m logged out of the app every time I close it.
Edit 2: As of 17 Oct, the battle.net app is remembering my login details and working as expected.
