Macro for Evoker LIVING FLAME mouseover for friendly and enemy target

Can someone help me please to create a Macro for my spell “Living Flame”?
It heals or does dmg depends on who is it casted on and I would like to have a macro that casts it on a friendly for healing and an unfriendly for dmg but if neither of them are targeted or mouseovered Id like it to selfheal me.

Is there a macro that I can use then maybe as well for Peanance the Disc Priests spell because its based on the same way of functioning?

If you have your Self Cast set to Auto it’ll cast on you when there’s no mouseover/target. If you have it disabled you’ll want to add [@player] before the spell.
