Cast a spell that can target both friends and enemies, prioritizing mouseover (Penance, Holy Shock, Shadowstep etc.)

If you have your Self Cast set to Auto it’ll cast on you when there’s no mouseover/target. If you have it disabled you’ll want to add [@player] before the spell.
