Macro for having separate spells on same hotkey

Hi. I’ve seen some streamers have a macro that switches between two spells depending on what spec they’re playing. Specifically, I’ve seen it for incapacitation Roar and Ursol’s Vortex. As feral I can never have both spells at the same time, and I’d very much like to have them on the same hotkey. Anyone have a macro for this?

Use the following macro conditional: [talent:row/column]

Example:
/use [talent:3/2] Incapacitating Roar; [talent:3/3] Ursol’s Vortex; Typhoon
