So Im trying to teach a spanish buddy of mine arena and how to pvp. I’m trying to teach him how to use focus macro’s. We try to make a focus counter shot macro but it doesn’t seem to work. Is this because of him being on a spanish client?
The macro usually is like this and works perfectly for me:
#showtooltip Counter Shot
Now his client is spanish so we tried using this:
#showtooltip Contradisparo
But both doesn’t seem to work. Does anyone have a clue how to fix this?
Shift-click the spell with the macro edit window open to get the correct name.
You also dont need to clear queued spells or manually stopcast it as they’re built into interrupts these days.
#showtooltip
/cast [mod:shift,@focus,harm,nodead] [] SPELL
Also, they need to eliminate any keybind conflicts as they take priority over modifiers. By default SHIFT 1-6 are bound to Action Page 1-6.
Alright thanks im gonna see if this works. It’s just that the wierd thing is that the macro’s I mentioned do work for me.
