Macro for use depending on if mounted

Is it possible to set a macro that will only work if I press while not mounted, otherwise it ignores it?

Just I use mousewheel up, usually for an instant ability like rejuv, typhoon. My problem is that I have click mousewheel set as my toggle autorun, so often as I’m about to start running and click mousewheel down, it inadvertently rolls the wheel and casts my rejuv or typhoon., dismounting me.

So yeah, just wondering if there is some conditional that will do that job?
