Macro help - Nourish / Grove Guardians mouse over macro

Hello there.
Since Nourish and Grove Guardians is a choice node now, I want to make a macro that can alternate between the spells, but also be a mouseover macro

I tried
#showtooltip
/cast [@mouseover,exists,nodead,help][exists,nodead,help][@player] [known:Grove Guardians] Grove Guardians;[known:Nourish] Nourish

But alas it do not work plz help.
