Hi guys/girls
I just started putting some macros together, and I would like to cast my Final Reckoning
Call down a blast of heavenly energy, dealing (287.5% of Attack power) Holy damage to all targets in the target area and causing them to take 50% increased damage from your Holy Power abilities for 8 sec.Passive: While off cooldown, your attacks have...
on my target, without moving the mouse or have to click,
Just cast the ability on my cuirrent target.
Is there any way to do this or make it easier? I see streamers do it, is there any way ?
Please help me,
Regards,
Target area aoe spells can’t be used in a macro on the target iirc, the best you can get is an macro on the cursor.
Just a basic one would be something like the following.
#showtooltip Final Reckoning
/cast [@cursor] Final Reckoning
So basically wherever the mouse cursor is will be where the spell lands.

Charctic is correct.
You can either do it on the cursor location, or another option of @player, which is on yourself.
e.g.
/cast [@player] Death and Decay
will cast Death and Decay on you.
Or
/cast [@cursor] Death and Decay
Which will cast it on your cursor opposed to casting the reticle and then having to click.
It’s impossible to do it @target, you’ve likely seeing streamers do @cursor and they’ve just gotten good at it.

This doesn’t directly answer the OP’s question, but I typically bind targetable area effect spells (e.g. Heroic Leap, Death and Decay, Efflorescence, etc.) to a side button on my mouse. I find that makes such spells easy to use, because the spell activation, area selection, and execution can be done quickly with 1 hand.
