Classic WoW here.

Struggling with 3 different macros.

First one, using Taunt and Challenging Shout on the same button. Best I can do is

/startattack
/cast [nomod] Taunt
/cast [mod:shift] Challenging Shout
/cast Defensive Stance
/equipslot 16 Thrash Blade
/equipslot 17 Shizzle’s Drizzle Blocker
With this, challenging shout isn’t working, I can’t click it with shift mod. Idk why. I still want Defensive Stance and startattack to trigger no matter the skill I wanna use.

Second macro, I wanna be able to use Diamond Flask and Death Wish on the same button, I know both use gcd, but I can’t get it to work. I want to be able to use both without modding it to shift or ctrl. I’ve tried both /use Diamond Flask and /use 13 to no avail. Only one of them will trigger.

Last one, I have Cleave and Intimidating Shout on the same button like this.

/startattack
/use [nomod] Cleave
/use [mod:shift] Intimidating Shout

I don’t know how to macro this if I wanna /stopattack only if I use Intimidating shout, but /startattack with Cleave.

Keybindings take priority over macro modifiers. By default SHIFT 1-6 are bound to Action Page 1-6, you’ll need to unbind them.

Optimized macro:

#showtooltip
/startattack
/cast [mod:shift] Challenging Shout; Taunt
/cast Defensive Stance
/equipslot 16 Thrash Blade
/equipslot 17 Shizzle’s Drizzle Blocker

Not possible because both are on the GCD. Even when a GCD ability is off CD the game will still trigger a micro-cd when you attempt to use them to prevent stacking abilities in this manner. Otherwise you be able to create a macro of GCD’d abilities and it would just use the first one that was off cd.
