When i macro a Talent (at cursor or so) i would love that is “gray” when i specc another Talent in the row,
Without macro they are not that bright if i am not use that talent currently but if i make a macro it always is shown on the bars very bright as if i use the talent currently

Macros can’t automatically display icons/tooltips of abilities you don’t currently know. The only way to get close to this (which will display the full color icon) would be to set the icon via the UI. You could likely extend it with WeakAuras or something to make a fading button.
Personally I set talent macros up so they become a different spell when not talented.
