Is it possible to mix rune abilities with normal spells somehow. There are certain situations where the rune ability doesn’t work. e.g.

My first spell on my warlock is always Haunt. But if I then swap out into Shadow Bolt Volley nothing happens when pressing the spell. I realise for this I can add /cast Shadow Bolt directly underneath but the tooltip then is incorrect.

Also when choosing metamorphosis, I’d rather be able to swap out the rune ability for say Incinerate rather than muscle memory taking me out of meta form mid fight.
I’m not looking to hack the system or anything but can’t we have it so when required, we can conditionally insert normal spells into macros which use rune abilities??
