Macro works for 3 characters and does not work for 4th

I have 4 frost mages. And they all are using same macro, I simply copy and paste it:

#showtooltip
/castsequence reset=12 frozen orb, blizzard

It works as intended for 3 of them and does nothing for
<— this one.
How could it be?
I have assigned frozen orb and blizzard to separate buttons and they are working fine.

In what way is it not working?
Could be talent related or something.

Have you set the icon to ? so you can see what the macro is trying to do?

Also, sometimes macros just crap out (or an addon can temporarily macros in general). If it’s the former, just delete and remake it to see if that fixes things. For the latter, a reloadui should fix things.
