Macroses and Interface for Action Bars is off after dissconnect, just created it really many times and each time i should disconnect to change character page or just relog to whole game! You can just fix that and save this after change action bars settings or spells positions on interface, same problem about AddOns. So that not really comfortable to do disconnect, sometime i can just forget about it because of some small fixes of Addons or something. Thx so much for you patience!
Mean not typical logout, but disconnect error on load background of log page
Disconnects can cause issues like that as the addon settings are saved when you log out. If you are changing settings I suggest logging out and exiting the game fully to save them, that way the disconnects should not cause issues (usually at least). Creating backups of the addon etc. settings is a good idea, too as sometimes WoW crashing or sudden disconnect can cause the settings to be reset.

My disconnects was because of internet few times too, after so much time after change of positions or macroses creation, nothing was saved
