Made a new account and can't access world quests at 70

So I made a new account in NA just for fun, and therefore had to start leveling all over again. Nothing I’ve done in EU is brought over, so it’s completely fresh. I decided to level through dungeons, and not questing. And now when I’ve hit 70 I can’t access any world quests. Can’t find any quest that would enable them or whatever.

So my question is, do I actually have to complete the campaign in order to access the world quests? Or is there something I’m missing?

You have already replied to your question.

No, I haven’t. What I’m asking is if there is a way to access world quests once you hit 70 for a new player, even if I’ve skipped the campaign. Or do I have to complete the campaign in order to get world quests?

Completing the campaign unlocks world quests

the campaign will unlock the world quests, but haven’t you done this in your EU account to know already? or?

And there is no other way to unlock them? (Unless you obviously already completed the campaign on another character)

Most likely, but that was 3 months ago and I honestly didn’t really pay attention to them getting unlocked once I finished the campaign. I’d also imagine blizzard putting in some sort of skip for people, even if they’ve never done the campaign before.

No. Campaign has to be completed at least once on any character. The quest after you get your Wylderdrake rewards you Adventure Mode which unlocks world quests.

Have you tried asking this on the US forums now you have a US account?

Just incase you get a different answer to the very correct ones other people have given.

Alright, thank you!

Pretty sure the answer would be the same.

I’m sure it will be.

They are correct.

Once you complete the Campaign you unlock “Adventure Mode”. You get an screen which comes up explaining it and everything.

Yes.

Completing the campaign.
