Mag’har Orcs unlocking.. Question

I just did the Scenario. Why would the Bronze Dragons support the Horde? I don’t understand… Did I miss something. I mean it was Interesting to fight the Echoes and Lightbound … but why ? Why would they support the war?

Because they need to stop the evil tyranny of the Alliance so that the Horde can live in freedom.

Also the alliance attacked them in the end recruiting quest with the help of Lightforged Draenei so it was only natural for them to join alliance and save their honor .

Because the MU Version of the Lightbulb Draenei that seemingly destroyed their AU world exists too on Azeroth. Light gave them Vietnam traumata. Also, Geya’rah loves Sylvanas’ attempt of punishing treason. So she is head over heels into the war for these reasons.

Because Blizzard loves granting the Horde undue benefits.

The Bronze helped because Blizzard needed to send the heroes to recruit some Maghar (but not the MU ones, which weren’t diverse enough I guess) without allowing us all to return to Draenor. Otherwise, the Alliance would have brought the AU Draeneï and even Anduin would have accepted Yrel’s actions.

So, the Bronze Dragons decided that helping the genocidal faction which has never changed its ways nor accepted any responsibility for its crimes was more important than ensuring the Blood War would end sooner rather than later to save Azeroth.

What makes you think Anduin would support global light conversion of everyone? Night Elves, Gnomes, Void Elfs etc. included? That’s pure speculation.

The Bronze Dragons just know that the Horde are the good guys.

Because they aren’t killed, and even Ogres favored joining the Lightbounds over remaining under the orcs which had turned them into slaves. So, clearly, the Draeneï and Yrel aren’t as bad as the Maghar present them, quite the contrary even.

Yes they do. Those who refuse either die fightning or get lightfused by force. Are ISIS the good guys for you when they tell you “Join our cult/religion or die!” ? And the ogres have serveral opinions on this like most races. The chief who tried to join the Lightbulbs didn’t represent all Ogres of those clans. Just ask some of them during the scenario.

I think it’s really wird … Or the Old Gods Control the dragons too now … -.-

I think it is connected to some future nonsense that requires for the Mag’s presence in our world.
Or maybe the Infinite flight is happening and stuff.

The Out-of-universe reason is that the writers needed a way to justify the a**-pull of Horde Mag’har. This being after months of rumours of the Mag’har being Alliance.

Basically this statement.

Disclaimer: I RP this character as AU Lightforged.

Shouldn’t you be stuck in AU Dreanor then?
Since the gateway is closed?

That is the canon lore sadly.

My headcanon is that it was possible for a few Lightforged to make it through with the rest of the refugees, disguised, but that’s just it.

OTOH, AU Draenor being perma sealed off because of ‘reasons’ is nonsensical imho. Yrel’s offer to help the Alliance/Azerothians still stands as far as we can tell.

I summon from the depths the power of Kosak, the remnants of Metzen, the shard of Kairoz with these three relics. I free thee from line of time and grant thy safe passage to the MU

There you are free now to fight with me upon the field once the Rebellion kicks in.

Disclaimer Therendel’s might shan’t be questioned, nor should you ponder where, how and when he came across these mighty relics.
Nor should you wreck you head around the lore, concerning these artifacts their powers and most importantly how, when and where they were created.

Well, Anachronos merely remarked that the time had come for their visit, when the Horde champ visits him. The answer is: he forsaw it. Fate is Fate, it is not his to decide the outcome will be good or bad… his “job” is to help to unfold the Future and preserve the one true time-line…
The Horde was lucky… it was a 50%-50% chance Anachronos simply kills the “champion” and confiscates the sharod of the Vision of Time.
A little lesson I guess, how the Lich Queen treats her subjects… they are expendable. The loss of a (not that trustworthy) pawn is not a big risk when you could potentially win some sweet and needed reinforcement.

Not to mention upon the defeat of Hellscream’s echo, Anachronos revealed that he sensed the threads of fate upon the Horde champion and proclaimed that they were worthy of what is to come next and that had there been any doubt he would have never allowed the shard to fall into the wrong hands again…

Fate

The Horde was lucky…

or…

…it was a clever plan! The Mag’har are honorable and free of demonic corruption. Its a controlled experiment or plot to tame the curent Horde crumbling Honor. Mixing something like the Mag’har could save the Horde on the long run, their pure honor, noble savage nature and samanism all but lost even to Thrall’s New Horde.
Anachronos help reintroduced all that the Orcs lost thanks to Gul’dan and on the long run, from the view of Time and how and what supose to happen? A few dead, from Fate’s prespective not-that-important Alliance victims are meaningless.
Only one thing counts:
The Time line must be and will be preserved, the Future is secured as it should happen… :eyes:
