Evening folks, trying out my Arcane mage alt and noticed that my Clearcasting proccs can now build up to 25% extra damage…
What is causing this ?
I can’t for the life of me find it in writing on any of the currently equipped spells/talents I’m using lol

Lol I knew I had read it somewhere, completely forgot about being in War Mode, I may or may not feel slightly daft right about now
