Hello i have a question about mage Arcane concetration talent regarding blizzard spell. The talent description clearly says that every spell hit have a chance to proc clearcasting.
I am pretty sure that even some time ago on naxxramas or ulduar content it work that every single blizzard hit could proc clearcasting, but now i noticed that only at first hit it can proc and not after that. Is that a bug or is it that blizzard changed?
It was fixed a long time ago.
