Mage Feedback For The Future

I’ve been playing mage as the main character for a long time. I finished this content with a certain rio score and mythic score. In particular, I will talk about a few problems that make the mage worse than the situation it is in. These are the common problems of many mages, yes, we know that there are many problems, but I will talk about them first.

We see in this content that ranged classes are more difficult in newly designed raids, and mechanics that require more movement are added. However, the class most affected by this is undoubtedly the mages.
Mages have to play by sticking to the rune of power ability.

  1. Make the rune of power attached to us instead of to the ground
    Raid: In raszageth and diurna I felt the downside of this so much that it became a skill kit that took my potential back even more than it already was.
    M+ : In big packs, when the tank moves the mobs, you have to move and this ability makes you lose dps. The new dungeons are larger and more mobile than the old ones.
  2. Give us a new key/skill for personal bl
    Raid: We don’t always use blood lust at the beginning. Especially after the last mythic raszageth nerfs, we had to move forward without getting bl at the beginning. We fell behind our potential as mages because we didn’t get BL. If we could use this as a different ability, we wouldn’t fall that far in terms of damage.
    M+ : During tyrannical weeks, bls are usually reserved for bosses. A big damage we can do with bl at the beginning reveals more of our potential. In order to do this, you need to assign a different skill/key. A special bl for us without sharing
  3. You stubbornly give critical stats on some character-based items ( like trinket ). As a fire mage, I prefer trinkets with haste or mastery stats. These make big differences that seem small. Maybe you can make the stats change according to the spec we choose. For example, ice mage mastery/crit, fire mage haste/mastery, arcane mage for mastery/crit, which are auto-customized, do not bind us to a single stat. Stop giving stats that don’t work for us.
  4. Skb stack timing is pretty low. We lose our stacks very quickly, we can’t use them. increase the timing. Let us hold it as long as we can. If we don’t spend it in 15 seconds, it’s over… it’s already gone as we move from one area to another.
  5. You should reduce the spell travel times ( pf and pyro ). This is one of the ill-adjusted states that hurts your rotation the most. It would be good for us to make it more advantageous especially as pf will be used more frequently next season. Spells that reach the target faster save us tons of key spam.
