Mage healer version of Sorcerer’s Regalia is not appearing in the T0.5 quest reward options, nor on the vendor. It seems to be the only set that is missing, but it was datamined, and was also included in the PTR, as far as I know. Was it silently removed or has it just been forgotten?

Very annoying, I main heal mage and would love the spirit set going into MC. Just add the set please Blizzard!
