Frost mage lf partners for both 2s and 3s. Lf people that are serrious, chill, friendly and communicative. No rage quiters. 1,6 cr in 2s, around 1,8 cr in 3s. Be around same.
In 2s id love to play with a rogue that like to adapt to the playstyle of mage/rogue but are open for healers aswell. Speak english well but swedish even better :). I have no rush, i am looking to become better in the game and develop with time.

i fail to see the relevance if you were a “good” player 6-10 years ago and then suck dĂck now. I see this ALL the time.
Once you’re good you never stop being good.
you can fall behind of new meta, knowledge and gear for sure, but the baseline is permanent, like riding a bike.
Course most old good players lose interest and motivation to play so just decay

You think a rank 1 3.1k player quits for 4 years, comes back and acts like 1200 player? No of course not.
They won’t be rank 1 straight away of course, but they dont forget everything they’ve learnt, all the tactics and meanings in strats.
They don’t forget that cross CC is vital to win high stress matches are you joking?
They don’t become lfr scrubs because they’re rusty. Not peak performance either for sure.
You’re not a 3k player, and your 2k is from wod. All you had to do was spam whirlwind and MS. Oh and don’t forget about faceroll turbo

And I want to point out to you how carries to anything above 2400 works. It is NOT self play. Boosting above 2400 is account share ONLY.
Why the hell are you talking about solo Q? Arenas are a TEAM game and if a link in the chain is WEAK, they LOSE.
If you’re talking about learning the new meta, whats strong and what isn’t right now, DUH of course their amigos tell them. That has NOTHING to do with skill.
Your argument is that they don’t go through solo Q and that’s why they get to 3.1k again? That only proves my point. 2/3 players cannot carry a bad player to rank 1. That is IMPOSSIBLE.

I meet self play carries all the time at 2,7k. 
BFA is a joke, game is not hard to play and get carried when your dps rotation is 3 buttons.

few tips to instantly become better than all of those LFG mages :

don’t mess up your root DR
-
utilize your slow, if the enemy priest is able to fear your healer without getting punished for it by you, you threw the game
-
Don’t get faked on CS, try to instant CS (almost pre cs) people more often than not
-
Again, healer mostly have only 1 dispel so a root basically lets him sit open field for few seconds. During that time you can easily fake a cs, death or w/e you want.

You are not supposed to take consistent damage against melees … never
