  • Does Blizzard apply the slow from [Permafrost] if I dont have [improved blizzard] ? And if I have [improved blizzard] does it stack with the slow from [Permafrost] ?

  • Does [Shatter] makes Blizzard’s ticks crit on frozen targets ?

  • Which spells besides frostbolt and icelance consume [Fingers of Frost] ?

Blizzard slows only under blizzard talents.
Blizzard can’t crit

Blizzard slows when talented into improved blizzard.

Shatter does increase the crit of blizzard. (Yes blizzard can crit)

Deep freeze consumes fingers of frost.

This is nice and all but consider fire. Fire is cool.

sure with 9% crit is totally going to be a good time haha

all spells consume fingers of frost, so try to use it only on frost lance & frost bolt.

also if you have 1 stack of fingers of frost left, always either cast a frostbolt then immediately follow it up with ice lance, or if you want to deep freeze use frostbolt > deep freeze. both spells will benefit from the buff
