Who? Lessons cater to mage apprentices & beginners, but anyone is welcome to spectate.

For the Arathi who wish to pick up the mantle of the late Wenren Althal, or mage apprentices of all creeds and factions, the Kirin Tor offers a series of free lessons by seasoned practicioners and specialists of the Arcane.

Professors in search of apprentices and vice-versa are encouraged to attend, as to perpetuate the traditions of the fallen city of magic.

OOC Details & FAQ

This is an itiniative of the guild Kirin Tor Intelligence and the Violet Vanguard hub: the lecturers have hosted many classes, lessons and lectures before and are testing out new venues and new kinds of more ‘practical’ teachings.

All lessons will be lore-friendly: please keep your own headcanons as mere hypotheses and do not disrupt the events with constant /s chatter, or unnecessary conflict RP.

The first day of lectures was great, looking forward to the other two!

What I heard is close to my own headcanon, so it’s a pleasure to see that different mage roleplayers think alike. And the teamwork conjuration surprise was definitely the highlight of the evening.

I sadly wasn’t able to go to night 2 and 3, but night 1 was a lot of fun and everyone made us feel very welcome.
