Flyers are scattered across cities and in all hubs of magical nature.
“The Spellweavers Symposium hereby cordially invite fellow magi of all associations to the following Spellweavers Gathering.
Every evening of the first Saturday of the month shall mark a gathering’s time.
We shall meet in Dalaran’s portrait hall to discuss topics of interest and move to the nearby Legerdemain Lounge afterward.
It is encouraged to bring fellows along, and to spread word of the gathering.
We look forward to a numerous attendance and an evening of pleasant company, as well as conversation.”
Hello everyone! As some might remember, the Spellweavers Symposium used to hold, as one might guess, Symposiums! These meetings have been dearly missed, which is why they shall soon return! That’s right, we’re getting back into offering a platform for discussion, sharing knowledge and socialising to any and all magi interested!
Now, the general idea of it and order are roughly outlined, but we are still open to scripted contributions or suggestions for topics to offer. Consider this thread a means of contributing to the content that will eventually be offered! For example; feel free to come forth wanting to offer a small verbal contribution on a certain topic to invoke the opinions of fellow magi.
The meetings will consist of these general points;
- Speech/Lecture
- Open discussion/Debate
- Socialising!
The location will likely vary, for the moment we are favouring Dalaran, given its neutral position. Speaking of neutral, the Symposiums shall be open for both factions and those that do not see themselves aligned with either of them.
Every month on the first saturday, the meeting will take place. We ask that you attend only when meaning well. It is discouraged to join purely with the intention to cause chaos. On an OOC basis, we ask that the meetings stay what they are intended to be!
Note: This means the first meeting is scheduled for the 6th of April!
I will be doing my best to post recaps of the gatherings, to a certain degree, to keep everyone posted! Feel free to ask questions/note suggestions on this thread at your leisure!
