I do not know if this is a bug or not. I know that when you enter sometimes she does not spawn. I killed her and i am now waiting in the arena. I already have the set, so i dont know if the kill counts to the 7 challenge achievment.
Do you know something? I could swear that after the guardian i was ported to dalaran.

I have just encountered same issue. I have completed it previously on guardian spec and got ported out and now I am stuck in tower after killing Agatha in feral challenge.
How did you resolve this? Did it count to your overall achievement progression?

Same here. Killed her 6 times already without any notification that the kill counted and got stuck waiting in the instance every time. Is there any way we can know if the kill counted besides doing the other 6 challenges and see if we get the mount or not?
