Hi all,i wonder if blizzard let to stay as it is now Mage Tower in pre-patch of Dragonflight,is there any info about it,should i try it now or i can complete it in pre-patch too?

I’ve not read anything about the Mage Tower going away. As far as I’m aware it’s been brought back as a permanent feature with alternative rewards to the original.

Not sure what changes will take effect with Pre-Patch.
Assuming that the new talent trees will be available so this might make some challenges easier but might make some harder depending on how the builds will work. Won’t be a massive difference either way.
I won’t be trying it then just as I’ve not tried it now nor did I in Legion.
Well as i know we still not sure about pre-patch date right?So there is hope they will announce about those things that goes away with pre-patch release day

I try the challange on Rogue but fast give up on it, not that it was too hard but my specc without bored power plays like garbage
u lose your;
- set boni
- pact abilitys
- conduits
- some stats
- legendary
Sure i forgot something but the point is with low haste and no real energie regeneration it plays really bad (also i have no timewalking gear on this char)
Cannot wait until all that stuff goes into the talent tree and i can play a full working specc
Thats the question,if they keep Mage Tower in pre-patch
you can still tho get enough haste or other stats in MT challenge with socketed gear but it`ll cost you enough:)

Yes you lose all these things, but MT is also tuned for playing without these things.
I absolutely suck at rogue, and I completed Agatha within 10 attempts. All I had, were 2 heirlooms with Crusader for extra healing, and unbridled Fury. Give it a go, it’s not so impossible 
Yeah i know its not impossible i was barley watching a guide and go on outlaw in P2 after 3 pulls, but then i cba
It doesnt was fun too play if your specc loose so much
On my SV i was killing it in 120 pulls or so and have really fun while progressing, but the specc almost plays the same without all the stuff

I actually saw a guide where you can complete even with 50 lvl trial chars,not sure if still possible
Just FYI, the mage tower has been buffed on the beta compared to the difficulty it’s at now. Not sure if this will go live but you should be prepared that it’s going to be more difficult than it is now given its state on the beta.
I’d say do it now if there is stuff you really want. That way it won’t matter what happens in the future.
That’s what I did.
From stuff i heard from beta, MT seems harder on DF than rn, most likely weird scaling as usual
That’s a good thing, blizz needs to tune it if we get more talents and stuff ofc.
If they don’t do it it will be just a thing u go in and one shot everything no challange.
I hope at least it stays for pre-patch too or even in DF at all,again additional activity always good if you are able to choose between them
It will stay forever, blizz just re tuning it becouse of new talents, it needs to stay as a challange or they can just remove it.
