Yes, you read it right. Front page of Wowhead and reddit is full of it now, that some people when they log into WoW or Legion Remix (NA) check the forums over there too, have the option of Sparkle kitty and werebear forms from Mage Tower, yes it is a bug, but weird bug to have, don’t you think? 
I bet it’s gonna be fixed before Legion remix opens on EU, and Blizzard is aware.
Me, well I got the skins, but I got slightly happy that some new/returning players get/got to experience equipping these forms for a little time. So come on blizz, is this intended? I do hope so.

Well, sparkle kitty sounds fun, I think we have some good skins from legion regardless of mage tower aswell. Fan of the primal stalker colors myself. There’s the purple and the white

Nah 0 shot they ban anyone, since AFAIK there is no way to replicate that, just random ppl getting it.
They will just remove it I think when they find out what caused it.

I like your optimism, you still got hope 
I like when they slip bugs through that let ppl rise ilvl of crafted gears start of the season and keep full sockets cause bug and ppl keep ratings they get using gear that give slight advantage and embelishments benefits right of the bat.
They will 100 percent revert it.
This is a thing 99 percent of the community wants back, so they are going the exact opposite direction and remove it

I think they will either find a way to remove it from everyone that didnt earn it.
Or failing that, mage tower becomes free game for everyone.
Depends if they can work out who had what beforehand.
Likely accidentally removes it from everyone who have really earned them first, now that would be something 
Ofc they can, achievements are easily trackable.
The thing that is interesting is what kind of bug caused this and people automatically unlocked those appearances. Were they preparing something that backfired, or just pure spaghetti code?
But think are about these poor casuals which greatest achievement is mt skins, no longer have them exclusive.
Which other achievement will they now brag about when they can’t even complete a m0 dungeon

Were there achievements for each spec doing the mage tower, or was it just a singular mage tower achievement?
To be honest, I have never met anyone who’s bragging about having rare appearances.
Sure, I sometimes see this dude with T2 warrior set and Corrupted Ashbringer in the middle of Stormwind but… texture resolution and models of this armor and weapon really need to be updated in order to make it “bragable”

Well, It was on Argent Dawn, which means Stormwind is actually always alive there and during “prime time” too, so… It was indeed a brag case.
Like in vanil ppl basking in town and ppl gathering around them drool on their gear

There are triggers for the quests which can be seen, but do not think that there are for each spec. Any way, it will not be difficult to check that.
And in case that they do not, I think that they will just release them in order to “make up for it”.
But if the player deleted the druid that did the mage tower, there would be no characters quests to check.
I dont think it will be simple for them to work out unless they kept actual records of who had it.
Which they very well could have done. Im far from an expert on how blizzard operates haha
