I think those that play ptr are way more into the game than the casual crowd.
So results of % for MT are gonna be way different between ptr and live.
Based on the subpar rewards it shouldn’t be as challenging as it was back in Legion. Hardly worth it given how ugly most of these recolors are.

Depends what People classify as overtuned as guess, if they want it as it was right after release, it’ll take quite alot of attempts, if they tune it like it was at the very end of legion, It wasn’t too difficult since you out geared it so heavly 
I myself was hoping to go for all 36 next reset, but it remains to be seen if im too old and washed up for that kind of a challenge 
how does it work these days?. is it one challenge per class, or is it like legion one for each spec or what ever?..
Afaik, there is a meta achievement for completing all 36 specs this time around
It’s not all 36 specs, it’s just all the bosses.

Doesnt it say on wowhead that for the tower overwhelming achievement, you need to complete it on all 36 specs?

That’s just all the encounters. I believe the minimum number of characters is 3 though.
