Nope. If you beat it on all specs of a class (not dh) then I’ll stop for a week or so. I’m curious if there will be hotfixes before it hits the EU servers, and as someone who actually completed it on very many specs I’m curious about how broken/bad some of them are considering the toolkits changed. Then again, healer ones were the easiest beforehand and some of the DPS probably the hardest. I didn’t really struggle with the tank ones I don’t think.

A lot of people that have done it already are basically using anything with ilvl 50+ that has some gem sockets, and then of course some very cheesy trinkets.

Embarrassing to falsely call people out for lying if you’re not prepared to leave in shame when they prove you wrong.

Actually, all of my claims were that when you did them in Legion they were nowhere near when it released. So, you had to wait to outgear it just like many other people.

Embarrassing not to read my posts because nowhere in them did I claim you couldn’t do the timewalking version, I claimed BS on you doing them when they were fresh content. Considering it was out for over a year before you got any of them.

How about this? If you can’t complete it on all specs for at least one character before it ends, you’ll stop forever? :3 It’s so easy, right? Or maybe we can try racing for it? Whoever does a full class first has to stop?

now show me a blood dk or a guardian druid doin the tank challenge, you picked 2 tank classes with good damage completely ignoring the main issue about the TW mage tower which is the balance itself. blood and guardian hit like wet noodles and if we have to do the same numbers as paladins do in order to finish it then GG blizz you failed.

People who raided tomb of sargeras had better gear when they did it the first time around than my rogue did. I had ilvl 905-10ish or something on my rogue at the time I did it, still wearing pieces of heroic dungeon gear. The ilvl being bolstered by the legendary legs I obtained and pvp trinkets(910 and 915). I jumped straight into it when I obtained the legs and beat it first try.

I never raided, in fact I got all my warrior ones on a fresh max back then. But it’s funny you had leggos then, but won’t this time. :slight_smile:

All not having legendaries does is mean I have to play the mechanics just like I had to on my paladin instead of just ignoring it like I did in Legion on my rogue with the heal from the legendary legs. Not like the mechanics for that fight are hard.

For my druid, I didn’t even have feral legendaries, only had bear legendaries and it was like ilvl 915ish or something when I did it, putting it’s ilvl at roughly similar ilvl to those who raided heroic tomb. The only character of mine that actually had gear enough to say you’re outgearing it, was my priest but on my priest I had to strip gear because I was wiping myself from crit heals on the last fight.

If you say mage tower is world content then dungeons are too and raids, ps mage tower isn’t world content it’s instance. In your words SoD is also world content and all the SL dungeons.

It’s funny because even people who play mdi struggle with the challenges and need alot of tries. i mean those are the 1% players. how can some casual dude beat this ^^ maybe he can’t and it is intended but then don’t advertise it like it is „content“.
And another factor is that those streamers can try it 24/7. We actually have a job and can play maybe 1-2 hours a day. GG

MDI Has notning to do with individual Class chalenges. When mt originaly came out IT was ignored by playerbase exackly because of how overtuned for general playerbase IT was. This is just history repeating itself and proving obce again that wow players do not want chalenging content in game . IT should be a wake up call for Blizzard. But obce again IT wont be . Blizzard Has been desogning wow solely for top 5% for couples of years now resoulting in 90%of players quiting game in SL . Notning will change in 10.0 mage tower is proof of it

So would everyone else, but many of the bonuses you had back in Legion are unavailable. Some classes have extra tools which make certain scenarios even easier, not to mention the sheer difference between the damage output when it comes to healing classes.

Your warrior and my hunter might have the same DPS potential on single target in SL, but if you remove all the newly acquired power boosts, I might end up on 80% of my potential, whereas your warrior benefits slightly less and is by default noticeably stronger.

You simply can’t expect two different classes to be put against identical challenge. It could work with some minor adjustments. The way the challenges were designed was with great consideration for class tools available at the time, this is just a copy paste with changed numbers where the devs hope things will work out. You honestly can’t expect someone played through 36 different instances to find a sweet spot for each mechanic where a reasonable amount of possible frustration was accounted for (and possibly removed).

True. Poeple who wants a challenge can go for rank 1 in pvp. I dont want to grind this tower for 2 weeks because how it is now. As guardian you have to do around 900 plus dps and this is not possible with normal sl gear. for example you need certain trinkets and gems. If someone did it with normal sl gear show me a clip. I am interestedto see it :).

And this is on the ptr on life it is even worse haha

The NPCs aren’t behaving like they did in Legion.

Nope. The NPC attacks the mob and breaks shackle and doesn’t focus the mage, even though they’re not supposed to attack shackled mobs.

This is a change of mechanics from how it worked in Legion.

In the kill video I saw even the staff from SoD which turns you into a valkyr.

There is no progression, no catch-up, nothing. Guardian is overtuned af and I unsubbed already. might resub if they tune it but I’m no longer participating in this clown fiesta which favors 1% of the playerbase
