Dont get me wrong, its cool to get brown orcs, but why the heck do we use alternate reality orcs that are from the future that you then take back in time to fight your way in their own timelines past? Who thought that this was good idea when there are the main timelines Mag’har orcs? The ones you actually interacted during Burning Crusade? How hard would it have been just go back and get those guys instead of use the idiotic timetravel orcs?
Well, it is weird, even more to have the fel ones + brown ones at the same time…
its not from the futur or their futur.
when wod was lunch we delve into the portal that take us 35 years ago and we shut it down and free them.
the quest to unlock them its not sending you in the past or futur, but in the same present then us.
Timeywimey.
Okay, but that dont change the fact that you fight with them in their own past during WoD leveling. Its odd
Allied Races don’t make sense in any of the levelling full stop, only BfA’s really includes them. It’s a gameplay > story thing.
You can just ignore that backstory and act like you’re from this reality.
I think they choose alternate ones mostly because in outland you had only brown ones. This gave the opportunity to make them from different clans and give them higher variety of skin color.
You freed them and now they own you a favor. So you travel to their alternate reality (which btw isn’t the future nur the exact same moment in our time) to recruit them, in the process help them again and ultimately get the favor returned by them joining your fight.
We might need scooby and the gang to solve this time crisis.
Thats actually what i did, I was playing around as my orc would be from the guys who kept Garrosh safe because he was too sick to join the 1st war
We needed the Draenor technology patterns like Iron star etc thats why we bothered with alternate draenor Mag Har. Couple of days later we have an airplane carrier ship in Nazmir boom!
Worth the time travel trouble
Its because they wanted to show you how the lightforged draenai are retarded light fanatics , its a foreshadowing for something in the future we might see. The one mag’har orcs from Outland joined the horde in The Burning Crusade when Thrall went to visit.
when wod was lunch? Okay
Lightbound was just a development as a consequence of using those Orcs,
I think it was to get Grommash as their leader, and make him become the character Garrosh should have been.
I reckon it was primarily for Grommash. But having the Mag’har from there, bolsters the numbers and forces…
Your Mag’har orc can be either from outland or Draenor
I’d feel bad for the ogres in Nagrand if the requirement to get mag’har orcs was exalted with the mag’har
