The Magic Broom is the only instant mountup mount ingame. I can’t tell you enough how awesome this mount is. During PvP in open world it can be that one second that saves your life, you can avoid a corpse camp with it (if you ressurect u spawn that keybutton and instant fly in the air). It can also save precious time in BG + arena’s.
Overall if you use this mount to your advantage it’s the best mount.
Not even spoken of the awesome looks of it. Sadly this mount is seasonal only. Why won’t blizzard add another instant mountup mount ingame? Perhaps obtainable after a very long grind? Maybe add the broom as a obtainable (mount in inventory) to get from the next hallow’s end event after completing a newly created story/achi from the event?

Who knows? Ofc if you don’t participate in PvP, then this mount doesn’t add a lot of value beside maybe speeding up gathering professions.
Because it would make people feel obligated to use it. Including myself

What if they make it very hard to obtain? Like a very hard achievement or a huge time investment.
I don’t want an instant mount, druids have it easy with that.

Then people would just feel obligated to get it, and complain how hard it is to obtain. I don’t know. I like it how it is. Maybe they could reward a broom mount that isn’t instant - that would be cool, but going down the realm of instant mounts is super dangerous tbh. And essential in places like arena/bgs
Would spice up the game tho.
They will add it when they want money 
They can easily sell it for 2-3 millions .

You can always buy the instant mount whip in Ashran atleast 
but yeah the broom is pretty handy.

mostly because insta mounting is a druid specific ability.
Like how portals is a mage thing and how summoning is a lock thing, etc.
Time investment is not about being hard, its tedious.
Useful if I’d spent time in Ashran

I remember during cataclysm they added a guild perk that allowed everyone to summon the whole raid group with one spell button (had a couple hours or day cooldown). Anyway - it was a good feature and it’s sad they removed it. And there’s plenty of toys, items, cloaks that allows people to teleport / HS to certain places anyway. So keeping such things class specific isn’t even worth it anymore.
Let druids be special, they are the only insta mounting ones.
It’s lovely to have the broom for a short time but the only way I can see us getting it permanently is if they give it the same cast time as any other mount.

Have group will travel made everyone lazier than they are now. Some people can’t even be bothered to fly to Atal Dazar or Motherload from the Great Seal I’m glad it was removed. Who wants to go anywhere to do content when it only required one person to go and summon? At least with the summon stones it requires 2 (3 with warlock) and takes time so that people will actually travel.

Should not be instant if made permanent as this would just create a basis to make more instant mounts, but would be nice to get a permanent magic broom tho.
Exactly. People already have too great ability to escape from fights, it ruins the fun of the game, especially world pvp. Yes, we have the netomatic, which is awesome, but even if can be rendered useless if you know how to play the game.
