sort of, it takes around 0,5 second to get it ready to start it’s first spell cast, so based on haste you got, you’ll get just about 3-4 cast from it. it’s really stupid that they took it’s 8 second duration and bumped it down to 6 last season. It has really screwed up this passive allot, and Summon Gargoyle is still uber trash CD talent, which needs a rework.
