I mean, it’s placed near the halls of crafters, what else is there to mail?
If your hearthstone is in Oribos I suggest that you change it to your covenant, it’s way better imo.
in imo not yet. there is no fast way to your covanant or oribos. but oribos is in the center so it also takes times off when traveling to other zones. later you unlock the travel thing to level 3 you get a portal in your covanant to oribos. and thats the time you should switch your HS imo.

The same way to get the Postmaster title, it’s a Legion thingie. If you haven’t done it yet, there is a guide on wowhead. If you completed it, the toy is called uh… kathy(? Lol) Stampwhistle? Something like that xD it’s in my faves.
