Mail missing from mailbox in TBC, but not in Classic Era

It seems some mail got lost when transitioning to TBC. I instantly noticed this when logging in my TBC char. Now I paid 15e to check if the mail is there in Classic Era, and sure, the Classic Era mailbox has more mail in it. The mail messages in question are 30-day return mails from alts. Quite possibly it is the mail that should have returned during the maintenenance that is now lost in the TBC clone. Seems like there were problems with the data migration.

yea i used TBC restore mail for missing bg marks only thing it did was send me a letter from bg without the marks, sended 3 help request but they simply delete the request and do nothing, great service 10/10

It is intended that BG Honor marks were purged during the pre-patch maintenance yesterday. This is to prevent an early start.

Mailbox Marks deleted

I’ve edited some words into my previous reply in this thread. Specifically: If you’re expecting Marks that you earned after the pre-patch went live, and don’t have them, you can hopefully check for them and restore them. Go here, select ‘In-game Issues’ and then ‘Items and Mail’ to get started. It’s intended that tokens that were in the mail during pre-patch maintenance on May 19 were purged. And as others have noted above, Game Masters are not able to restore any Marks.
