Mail Recovery Service isn't working

I’m trying to use the mail recovery service to recover some sent mail, to a character which is dead (on hardcore) and was never opened.

I’m using the link https://eu.battle.net/support/en/help/product/wow/197/1674/solution and after clicking continue it just says “Something went wrong at our end!”

How do we use this service please? I’d like to recover it before it expires.

Character: Arkaani - Level 30 - Blood Elf - Mage
Realm: The Sha’tar
Toon crashed and stuck on flightpath over Silithus (Un’goro to Feralas); graphics blank for zone except for the mount. Disconnects within seconds of login. Used Character Stuck self service which said "Move Complete! The character was moved to a safe location and you should now be able to log in. " Location: Safe Graveyard
Problem is with this toon ONLY on my account - immediately disconnects and toon is in same place as when problem first happened. She is NOT in Safe Graveyard. Tested other toons on this realm and others - none have this issue. Can’t find a way to get out of loop to log a ticket. Grateful if you could move her out of Silithus to any other zone. Many thanks.

submit a ticket, happend to me once before where a gm had to move my character to a different location.

i know it will take a little while but bad luck does happen, good luck on the other hand!
