It sounds like this would be the same issue I mentioned here:

Char stuck / Service doesn't work

Glad to hear it was resolved for your own character, Nalaadu. We do currently have an open investigation into reports of the character unstuck and a few other self-service options not working correctly, so hopefully we can get the automation back up and running shortly as well!

Hopefully we can get it back up and running again soon!
