Mailbox issue

Greetings. I am trying to recieve mail on my main character, but everytime i open my mailbox nothing shows. The maillist is blank.
While i am pressing the mailbox, the game sort of freezes. I can interact with most of the game, but mailbox ( Sending/Retrieving ) does not work, i can “logout” but it takes a while before it logs out. I can accept summon from players, but nothing happens. Its like everything is just “waiting” for the mailbox to connect with the items that should be inside it.

The mailbox is only blank and doesnt work as it did monday. ( The problem started yesterday, and i gave it a day, but doesnt work today either ).
Mailbox is fine and works as it should on all my other characters. Its only the main this occurs on. Each time i interact with the mailbox, my only option to get back to play the game as normal is to ALT+F4, and wait for “A character with that name already exists” to stop, and i can log back on, and play. Until i decide to interact with the mailbox once more. Then im stuck again.

I have tried the full “Resetting the WoW User Interface”.
Disabled all addons ( Which i find weird, because i use the same addons on the other characters, but i’ve still tried it, incase it would help )

What else can i do?
I do have a bunch of items in my mailbox, as i use this as an AH character, is this a problem? Is there to many items in my mailbox, so its to much for the game to load the mail?

Additionally i have disabled addons to see if that made a difference, but i did the full reset and it did not work. Thanks for the response tho.

In that case, all I can suggest is that you make a ticket. Make sure you put all the information in there - which character it affects and what you’ve tried (make sure you say you did the full reset including all addons as that’s the first thing they’ll suggest).

Ok thanks. I did make a ticket, but avg time is up to 9 days now, and i really hoped i could get some response before a bunch of my mail is deleted from mailbox because they have been there 30 days. D:

It should be ok but, if you can, I suggest you add to your ticket that there may be mails that have been deleted while waiting and they can look at the same time. DON’T close the ticket and open a new one as you go to the back of the queue.
