Mailbox not working properly for Free Trails or Bugged "Loot"

Signs up for a instance awarding a Goodie bag for Getting Gold, Goes to inventory, Signs up for another one for gold, and it goes to the mailbox; can not loot the mailbox to get the gold…

“This is for a Non Subscription Account” I’ve got 13 80s but I’m working on a paladin to level 20 because I don’t have membership for the reason that my computer is freezing up…

If any advice to fix the computer would be an awesome response too. Mac OSX feels like I’m having a lot of closing computer / freeze lag.

I’m quite sure with that you meant, you’re on MAC10.11 right…?

For the minimal system requirements for the non-gaming operating system please take a look here:

Mac 11 Min and Mac 13 Recommended.

On the Starter Edition you will not have access to:

  • Trade, mail, or the Auction House

Intended that you’re on trial limitations as you’re not subscribed to the game.

If you think it is a bug you can use the ingame bug report.
