My main character was taking a flight path to Donegol and is suddenly falling in the void. After a few seconds I am disconnected. Is this a bug. I can’t get him back.
Use the “Stuck Character Service” on an alt character in-game, or on the website, and choose your main character as the one you want to fix.
That will teleport the character to a safe spot.
