Maintenance has just been put up on main screen to finish approx at same time as release…just an excuse for the mess up waiting to happen at launch?

If you are talking about retail, classic etc maintenance, in this specific case it has nothing todo with forever release

The game that is not releasing until Nov 5 is not available right now? I’m going to put in a refund request right now.

Game release is Wednesday on Thursday at midnight as it says here .
U will be still able to log into game but ruleset will be offline untill midnight.

Should all be over and done with before launch which is at 23:00 UK or 00:00 CET
I would expect it to be updates applied to the game that they’ve been making changes for since beta went down.
I am not expecting a smooth launch, launches are traditionally a bit chaotic and have hiccups somewhere. But they still tend to be fun.
