Major Bug Report on 0.5 Tier Rogue Quest line, Character stuck with no help

I am experiencing a major bug that has my character stuck on at the very end of the 0.5 tier Rogue questline which i have dedicated so much time to.
Whilst doing the quest “Mea Culpa, Lord Valthalak” is used “Lord Valthalak’s Amunlet” on Lord Valthalak’s dead body to spawn the NPC “The Spirit Of Lord Valthalak”. I then handed in the Quest “Mea Culpa, Lord Valthalak” to The Spirit Of Lord Valthalak but he despawned before i could pick up the Quest “Return To Bodley” which should not happen. I am now stuck without “Lord Valthalak’s Amulet” or any way to talk to the NPC to get the quest “Return To Bodley”.
Please help me, i have already contacted customer support and spoke to Game Master Hyserpol who directed me to take action on the in-game support menu and making a post here, this bug is extremely distressing as this is the most time i’ve ever put into a quest line and it is now bugged

Sorry, but the EU forums are not the place for bug reports in the EU regions, as there are no developers in the EU.

Nor will Customer Support forward your bug report to the developers, because Blizzard require that bug reports in the EU, are made either by using the in-game bug reporting tool, or by making a bug report on the US forums, where there is a specific sub-forum for doing so.

I would also re-open your ticket and hopefully get a more helpful GM, who will be able to help you progress with the quest. Just keep in mind that GM’s are NOT allowed to force-complete quests for players.
