Well, surprise surprise (or rather not). We now have the confirmation that the Runecarver really is the Primus.
Edit: It seems that I lost my TL3, so this video is a cutscene that is supposed to come live next week apparently. I will let you guys watch it and give your opinions.
Yes I’m afraid this was painfully obvious since patch 9.0 when we first set our feet on in Torghast. Blizzard is if anything, extremely obvious in their writing. You have foreshadowing then you have Blizzard Foreshadowing, which instead of being subtle, slaps you square in the face every 2 minutes, just to make sure you understand it.
I don’t think this one was supposed to be a mystery, not to the player at least. I mean we had more than a few solid arguments that supported this theory.
That also confirms to me that Ven’ari works with the Jailor and the only reason we had access into Torghast is because it was beneficial to Zovaal.
He’s a main villain, so he has a master plan. And it’s a masterful master plan, where we as the powerful hero, can run around doing pretty much what ever we want in his realm, because in the end he has a master plan. And it all works in accordance with that master plan.
Ain’t that convenient? I say we go back to Azeroth and have a drink. These gods seem to have everything under control

Old news. This was datamined ages ago. But yea, it was pretty obvious that the runecarver and primus were one and the same.
Oh dang, alright. I was away from WoW and the forums for a while so I guess I missed out on some things.
It’s possible this is the first time that it’s posted here, it’s just that it was posted to the US forums a while back, that’s all.
