Make bad resto druids punishable for playing bad

literally impossible to punish resto druids in their current state no matter how overly aggressive they play

the most idiot proof healer i’ve ever seen, imagine being able to run around with monkey brains in cat form with no hots and not be punished for it because you have 350 panic buttons and stupid HPS

PS make holy paladins spend more than 10% mana in a 45 minute game
